When Ben is away for the evening...the boys and I do all sorts of things to keep busy. It was rare, but they actually agreed to coloring and painting. I was thrilled! I often ask them if they'd like to color or paint but I'm usually turned down.
Basketball is a regular activity. It's hard to play since the boys constantly make up rules and don't follow the regular rhythm of the game, but we make it work. Noah has been improving his dribbling skills and Levi is just figuring out that there is something called dribbling.
Last Sunday, Levi had his last birthday celebration and received a Spider-Man Grooming Kit, complete with shaving foam, a pretend razor and mirror (along with some other items). Sunday and Monday evenings they were in the bathtub a good hour before our regular bath time. They LOVE it - thanks Vanessa and Doug!
And, thanks to Kristin I'll be able to make the fun last even when the Spider-Man can is empty.
but oh! a make believe razor?!?!? that is worth a kit. awesome.
