Skunks!!

We've had more interactions with skunks in the past weeks than in our 6 months on the farm.  

 Ben shot a skunk last week and little did we know, but it was a she that had babies!

 At first there were four babies out roaming the yard, then there were six!  Slowly but surely, Ben has picked them off the yard - especially the ones who have made their way near our garden and around our house.  A few more remain....so we'll see how long they last.

Skunks at a distance are awesome predators, but skunks right around the house are a serious smell risk for all of us.
