A lemonade stand out in the country was surely going to fail, but one in North Newton was bound to be a success, right?! The boys joined forces with my co-worker Karin's kids, Abram and Mabel, and had a great time.
The night before we made mini muffins and cookies, the boys helped but I think I did most of the work.

Turns out, they had a lot of business! Most of the people from MCC went over for an afternoon snack, but they had lots of generous customers throughout the afternoon. After work I went over to pick them up and got to relax for a minute on the porch with Noah while Levi and Mabel finished whatever adventure they were having.
I'd say the lemonade stand was a success. The kids had fun, they worked well together, took turns and they earned some money!
They got some ideas for how to improve their stand for next year...so if you didn't get any lemonade this time, you'll have another chance next year! :-)
