I saw the idea for these place mats on Pinterest and decided to go for it.
They were simple to make, and the result was pleasantly surprising.
Everyone took time, before our Thanksgiving meal, to write down what they were thankful for. Once everyone was finished writing, we went around the table and shared our lists.
Levi's list included stuffing, his family and Harold.
We ate a divine meal of pork loin, potatoes, corn pudding and made-from-scratch green bean casserole.
Noah's list started with Harold, his family, football, everybody, farming, and the color red.
It was a nice way to center ourselves with thankfulness before chowing down our amazing food.
